Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship of organizational citizenship behaviour with job satisfaction and also eximine the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction demographically and statutory. In this context, the concept of organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction in general are mentioned firstly and then conducted a survey to 156 staff that covering all levels of employees at Van Health workers. The relationship between job satisfaction and corporate citizenship behavior were analyzed statistically. At the end of the study, the findings were interpreted and evaluated within the scope of the dimensions of corporate citizenship behavior and job satifcastion.
