To his article, he pretends to be a confirmed authority of Old Uighur studies. In our article in reply, we scruntinize his claims one by one and argue that if he is right or not. To be able to study of a period of a language we have to know the synchoronical level of related language firstly. In this article, we show the main principles of editing Old Uighur manuscripts and health of the new method we offered will be proved again.
