Abstract
In the social life of Isparta, a city bound by traditions and a strong social structure, carpentry, rose and rose oil, handicrafts and agricultural activities have been important places. Social services, electricity, water services, transportation, postal and cultural services have also developed in Isparta's development plan. In this study, Isparta's social life, traditions and customs, health and social welfare services will be considered in the Republican period between years1923 and 1980.
