It is aimed to investigate the vocational qualifications of the practicing students in the enterprises they work in before starting the working profession. In the first part of the work, the issue of what the professional qualifications of the administrative assistant should be. In the second part, we tried to determine the sufficiency of a total of 80 students working in the field of workplace education and internship. The universe of the research constitutes the institutions and organizations operating in the public and private sectors in the provinces and districts of Bursa.
