The Nutritional Information Systems Package Program (BEBIS) version 7.1 was used in analyzing food consumption, and the data that was gathered was statistically analyzed through the SPSS 16.0 statistics program. According to the mean nutrient consumption of the athletes on training days, 16.13±3.5% of their total energy intake came from protein, 47.73±7.0 from carbohydrates, and 36.16±6.28% from fat. On non-training days, 16.73±2.71% of the athletes’ energy intake came from protein, 46.33±6.53% came from carbohydrates, and 37.00±5.73% came from fat. On training days, participants consumed higher amounts of daily energy, carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins A, B, C and E, folic acid, phosphor, iron, zinc, and magnesium than recommended and lower amounts of dietary fiber and calcium than recommended. On non-training days, it was observed that participants did not consume sufficient amounts of energy, carbohydrates, dietary fibers, and calcium. Identifying the dietary habits of adolescent athletes will be beneficial in protecting and improving their health.
