The secretariat continues its existence as a profession that is constantly expanding its boundaries of day-to-day occupation. The Secretariat has become an indispensable business force for enterprises over the years. This has been the share of all the work and transactions in the offices in the computer environment. Depending on technological developments, the development of office technolo- gies has also changed the way business and business are done in the branches. As a result, executives have increased their expectation from their secretary in their right arm position to get ahead of ever-more complex jobs. Living developments and changes have caused diversity in the titles used. In this research, the title problem and professional standards that emerged as a result of the development of secretarial profession and living developments will be examined by literature review method.
