Real estate is an asset which is component of residences, factories, airports, harbors..etc. Residence is the biggest share of real estate sector. Residence meeting sheltering need which is also one of the basic needs of man. In addition to satisfying the most basic needs, nowadays it has become an asset for investment purposes. Even in developed countries, securities which are real estate derivatives are also created and sold. The development of real estate sector caused the unmovable to have an important place in economy and also increased the importance of some factors such as purchase and sell, price determination of turnover and swap, the analysis of bank assets according to objective criteria depending on the restructuring in financial sector and the reports reflecting the real value of assets objectively prepared by the experts working in reliable firms. In the practice of research methods of pointing to a precedent, cost, income capitalization were used.
