The region has gone from a political and a religious direction to a new structure and this has relieved the people there. The view of the Ottoman state changed with the positive policy applied in the region. In this context, the article refers to the reasons why the Ottoman Empire was held in Rumelia and the politics it followed, as well as how the Otman Baba dergah and the educated dervishes influenced the region. These dervishes, who laid the first seeds of Islam in the Balkans, build on the philosophical point of view of Otman Baba and emphasize the nature of the mystical viewpoint that they conquered their hearts for Islam. Methodologically, this study is presented by sorting the self-information obtained from the reading on the welding light obtained by scanning the literatüre.
