Abstract
International student is defined as ‘foreign student’ in Turkey. Foreign students do not only provide cultural transition between nations but also affects these nations’ economies positively. In 2011-2012 academic year, for instance, international students account for over $29.8 billion spending in the US. This number is as high as $7.5 billion in Canada during the same period. International students mostly prefer English-speaking countries yet; popularity plays more effective role nowadays.
