Also in the EU, groups representing the interests of civil and producers interact with decision authorities in the form of national federations, intergroups, foreign groups and Eurogroups. Eurogroups delivering their opinions by providing information and expertise to EU instutions from these groups, are high access-level groups and the politics produced by both the national level adaptation policies and the EU decision-making processes get into act to influence these politics according to the organized interests at the European level. In this study, Eurogroups representing civil and producer groups in Turkey, namely as EURCHAMBERS, UNİCE, ETUC, UAPME, EURATEX, EUROCOTON, YES FOR EUROPE/JEUNE, AECM, COPA/COGECA, CCBE, EWL, EEB, EUA and CEMR are examined.
