Abstract
According to the Agency Theory, an organization is complex system consisted of written or non-written contracts between different individuals. The theory, studying the cross relationships between managers, investors, workers and customers, points out the problems caused by the conflict of interests and proposes solution to solve them. In this paper, how the problems highlighted by the theory realized is explicated via most remarkable scandals of the recent years: Enron and Shell Events
