Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the opinions of the intended teachers on the problems related to the rights of the person. This research is a study aimed at evaluating the opinions of teachers about their personal rights. Descriptive scanning method was used in the study. The study group consists of 302 teachers working in primary, secondary and high school in Altındağ, Ankara province. In the selection of the study group, accessible sampling method was used. In order to collect the data of the study, three parts data collection tool was developed. Your scale was tested for validity and reliability. The arithmetic mean of the participation levels in the opinions on the 30 items regarding the personal rights of the teachers ranged from 4.58 to 3.39. It is understood that the arithmetic average of all items is 4,15. Teachers have definitely participated in 11 items related to personal rights, participated in 18 items, and 1 item has become indecisive. The level of participation of the teachers in the opinions about the rights of the personnel shows a meaningful difference according to sex. However, it does not show any significant difference according to teachers' duties and years of service. It is also stated that the improvement of personal rights will contribute to the increase of professional dignity.
