Abstract
The aim of the study is to investigate the factors for affecting urban loyalty of Eskişehir Osmangazi University (ESOGU) students. For that reason, a survey was conducted to students from faculty of economics and administration in Eskişehir Osmangazi University about satisfaction from providing opportunities and loyalty towards city university located. In the research first Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was performed. After that multi regression analysis was performed to investigate the effect of obtained factors to urban loyalty which is dependent variables of the study. As a result of EFA, 11 factors describing students of urban loyalty were found. Obtained factors reveal that the most affective features of the urban loyalty are safety, green areas, communication of students and the public.
