Satires that reflect Divan literature poets' hatred, anger and hatred towards individuals, groups and communities are very important for history and literature researchers. The poets whose societies are in the same position talked about the disruptions in their work tell us people, societies, and the state of the disruptions that occurred in the process. From time to time they have been out of literary style and resorted to swearing in proportion to their anger and hatred in their works. In the XVIIIth century, the Ottoman state's military and political crisis continued as in the XVIIth century and the crises that live in it as a natural result reflect the public. From the XVIIth century onwards bribery, favoritism and slander have been increasing in this century. It is the most important species that these defects seen in the society are explained to the individuals by subtraction is satirical. Sünbülzâde Vehbi, who is one of the important poets of XVIII. Century, wrote this poem to Cafer Çelebi who was in charge of Naib in Eski Zağra, spoke of corruption and bribery. Due to the anger and hatred that Cafer Çelebi had heard, he also resorted to swearing in his work.
