Abstract

It is expected that the organizations will survive and the managers will use the resources of the organization effectively in the globalizing world and intense competition environment. Managers are supposed to manage time efficiently, not to be captured by time traps that hinder them from using the time effectively and to use time scheduling techniques efficiently for the creation and implementation of effective and applicable plans for the future of the organization (Şahin, 2015). Doing the right work at the right time and in the shortest time is one of the most important responsibilities of Retail Sector. In addition, this sector has been preferred in the study as the main purpose of the Retail Sector is to make sales to the final consumer in time (Uğuz, 2015). For this reason, both the importance of this sector has been demanded to emphasize and the strength of the correlation between these two subjects has been revealed by being associated with the issue of time management.
