Graphic arts; digital or mechanical, contains all the elements based drawing applications primarily, as well as photographs, writing and other moving images in the design work is often used. Color and all other visual materials used in graphic design studies together with the concept of writing are in an "absolute" relationship. There is always a "conceptual" relationship between writing, color and the image in a draft sense. In this context; the writing is the carrier of the visual material together with the color, and the visual material is the actual complement of the article along with the color. In this article, we discussed how graphics, color and all other visual elements should be addressed in terms of "strategies" in the educational environment by explaining how graphics arts education should be the most ideal way of life. At this point; in the scientific and artistic context, "these design concepts based on hierarchical principles", at the professional level; their contents have been analyzed in detail to see how they can be applied in terms of all activities that are different from each other. In this context, "graphic arts" discipline; but it will reach its ultimate goal when it is handled together with the ethical principles of art culture and design science.
