Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of organizational conflict strategies on employee turnover purposes. The study is conducted in a private bank’s headquarters in İstanbul by handing out surveys to employees. The results of the survey indicated that the employee turnover aim is relatively low, and most of the time employees prefer to use the avoidance and problem solving methods in their organizational confict startegies. It is also found out that there is a negative relationship between sub-dimensions of conflict management strategies on employee’s purpose on turnover.
