The questions are thought and prepared according to village cheif’s leadership view, perception and consideration of Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan. Findings and Results: In this research, It is tried to evaluate Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan’s leader perception of the chief of village who are accepted one of the most important actors in Turkish politics. The results have shown us the chief of village who are in the position of the opinion leaders, are crucial important actors as evaluating the charismatic leadersip perception of Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan. Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan’s leadership perceptions on the scope of followers are; he has a heroic leadership perception; he has powerful connection with his followers; he has a marvellous power with the support of his followers;he is accepted as a role model for the society, state executives and the young generations; he rejects the status quo, he has well-directed decisisons at the risk taking situations, he doesn’t abstain from sacrifising himself, he is a successful rhetorician for persuading his followers, he raises the awareness of followers by using the symbols, anecdotes and mottos, he is a liberator leader and has innate extraordinary leadership features.
