Abstract

The concept of occupational health and safety has become a topic that has been extensively studied in both all over the world and our country in recent years. This study was carried out to determine the perception levels of workers and servants in the ready-made clothing sector on occupational health and safety. The data of the study were collected through survey. In the statistical analysis of the data, frequency analysis and chi-square analysis were performed by using SPSS 17.0 packet program. The survey consists of two parts. In the first part, the demographic information of the employees and the second part are there questions about the perception level. As a result of the study, it has been observed that employees' perception of occupational health and safety was low. It is predicted that improving working and living conditions of employees and giving importance to training activities will increase the levels of occupational health and safety perception.
