Although this is natural, the fact that the tafsirs tries to understand the divine purpose makes these reflections worth examining. Such an investigation in the field of Tafsir can be carried out using the science of cultural anthropology with an interdisciplinary approach. In the field of Tafsir it is suggested that the approach to be followed under this title should be called as the cultural anthropological reading approach. In this article, “how can we read the tafsir works with a cultural anthropological reading approach?” the question is disscussed. The primary objective of the article is to introduce this approach, which is a scientific requirement in the field of Tafsir. Thus, the possibility of understanding and explaining the content of the tafsirs from a different perspective can be obtained.
