Owing to this characteristic, it became source of inspiration for many fields of art and artists. In this context, Turkish mythology is a source of inspiration for many of our Turkish artists. Motifs and symbols incorporated in Turkish mythology appear predominantly in the artworks of the present-day artists. Osman Yılmazer as one of those artists frequently utilize from these symbols with his own interpretation. In this way, symbols, motifs and colors in Turkish belief system invigorated in the artworks of our artist. Moreover, in his artworks mythology and Islamic mysticism are blended skillfully.
