The main problematique is whether the presidential system can be carried out or not, if parliamentarism is maintained, the problems can be solved or not in Turkey. Systems of government, historical process of government systems based on division of powers, changes of system of government, prospective results, and historical process of parliamentarism in Turkey will be examined in light of constitutions. This thesis aims at shedding light on political regime explorations under the light of our country’s constitutional adventure and by doing so, to evaluate presidantal or semi-presidential regime which is suggested as an alternative solution in order to get rid of destabilization problem in Turkey by taking different point of views into consideration.
