Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to analyze the relationships among the dimensions of psychological capital, which are “self-efficacy”, “resiliency”, “hope”, “optimism”, and organizational identification and turnover intention. To achieve this, data was collected from 191 employees working at firms operating in Ankara which belong to the professional services sector in which the employee turnover rate is high. According to the results of this quantitative research, it has been explored that there are negative and significant relationships between “self-efficacy”, “resiliency”, “hope”, “optimism” and turnover intention. Among them, the biggest correlation was witnessed between “optimism” and turnover intention. Similarly, it has been indicated that there is a negative and significant relationship between organizational identification and turnover intention.
