In particular Syria, which is considered an extension of the PKK terrorist organizations with relations PYD-YPG and new methods that it learned from organizations in Syria, especially in urban warfare - the experience gained on the battlefield put into practice in Turkey, PKK implemented in accordance with decisions taken more active in an action strategy adopted in accordance with 2005 convention against Turkey "self-management", "self-defense" and "democratic autonomy" as strategies or emphasized in 2012, "rural-based urban warfare" strategy how trying to apply, from the Dağlıca Attack in 2007 to the present day, it will be studied in the context of the relations of the events with each other and while doing this in the context of the Diyarbakır Sur - Hendek events, it will be tried to examine the processes, before and after the process and its reflections to the local resident and consequences. The method of this research is qualitative research and document review model. The method consists of data collection methods such as news review and literature review. But. the stduy has a natural limitation in the context of Sur - Hendek Conflicts, based on the analysis of the anonymous local people and the witnesses who live that the moment by following the events through unattended observations.And although there is a lack of academic literature on the issue of in Diyarbakir and Southeast academics are afraid of the pressure of the PKK terrorist organization and the fact that the goverment/state does not to share the necessary detailed informations with the academic community due to security concerns, this situation provides the study to be among the firsts to examine Sur - Hendek events in academic sense.},author={Berat İNCİ},year={2019},journal={The Journal of Social Sciences}}
