Abstract

A research to determine expert views on creative drama education and training. The research model is in the qualitative research method and it is in the case study design. The experts who provide creative drama education in higher education institutions and have been working in the field for 15 years or more were selected for the interview. In this article, 1 artist and 8 lecturers were interviewed. A semi-structured interview formula was prepared and 9 questions were asked. The results of the research were analyzed by creating a simple frequency table with the map of descriptive analysis technique. The acquired data was defined and transferred directly with expert knowledge. This article will focus on how the research should be creative drama leader training. In this research, the concept of research is the menu of the creative drama leader completing the graduate education program; to take a positive look at associations that train creative drama leaders; all of those who lead creative drama should be a priority in art education.
