THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL RELIABILITY ON THE COMMUNICATION OF THE PERSPECTIVE OF CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: A STUDY OF CABIN OFFICERS ON CIVIL AVIATION SECTOR EKİP KAYNAK YÖNETİMİ PERSPEKTİFİNDE ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIĞIN İLETİŞİME OLAN ETKİSİ: SİVİL HAVAYOLU SEKTÖRÜNDE KABİN MEMURLARI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA
The aim of this research is to investigate the level of organizational communication which is the element of Team Resource Management. Research, operating in Turkey with the screening method of quantitative research methods civil airline made for the 387 cabin attendants "Personal Information Form", "Organizational Commitment Scale" and "Organizational Communication QualityScale" was made with the implementation of the survey. As a result of the study, no significant difference was found according to the gender, marital status and educational status of cabin officers. As the age of the cabin officers increased, their emotional commitment decreased and their attendance commitment increased. In addition, perceptions of employees between the ages of 18-25 on organizational communication quality are higher than other age groups. Emotional commitment and organizational communication quality perceptions of cabin officers were higher than cabin supervisors. Emotional commitment and organizational communication quality perceptions of cabin officers between 1-5 years were higher than average of cabin officers with 6-10, 11-15 and 16 years and over working years. The relationship between the emotional commitment of the cabin officers and the quality of organizational communication was determined and it was found that emotional commitment alone explained the quality of organizational communication at 31.6% level. At the end of the research, suggestions were developed to improve the organizational commitment and communication quality of cabin officers
