Borsa İstanbul's corporate governance management is the first board of directors of Borsa İstanbul's trading center, where its principles have certain limit values. The corporate governance index is calculated for forty-seven firms as a year of 2018. This index has an important place in terms of firms. These indexes of firms will be taken on a yearly basis and performance evaluation of corporate governance index values of member companies will be performed by TOPSIS method and Gray Relational Analysis method. As well as there are the studies in which firms are evaluated using this index, there are company performance assessment studies using TOPSIS and Gray Relational Analysis methods using different variables. However, there is no other study in which the corporate governance index and these analysis methods are used simultaneously. However, because of the study which we have made will be the first work to be done in this area. Kendall-Tau rank correlation calculation was performed between the rankings in order to measure the harmony between the two rankings.
