Although socio-museum interaction studies, especially in the context of art sociology, are studied in the context of the relationship between education and museum in our country, museum sociology is studied in the Western center. As the museums' activities and interactions with the society differentiated in the center of Western sociology of art differ from the aspect of social change, the studies intersected with the scope of multidisciplinary museum sociology. The differences in the definition of the museum over time, and the work of sociologists as a place of interaction outside the perspective of ethnology and anthropology have turned the museum into an independent sub-discipline.
