Abstract

This research has been prepared in order to draw attention to the management, vision and leadership characteristics of all managers working in lower level to upper level, to determine the positive characteristics of the personnel working in their departments and to raise awareness in the direction of these data. The universe of the research is composed of personnel working in a health institution while the sample of the research consists of 156 personnel working in units directly connected to the Chairman and Vice-Presidents. SPSS 20.0 program was used in the analysis of the obtained data. Number, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation methods and Chi-Square analyzes were used to evaluate the research data. With this study, employees’ opinions about management, vision and leadership characteristics were examined and as a result of this, it was determined that employees' managers had a positive opinion about their leadership characteristics. In this study, it is remarkable that yön sincere and humble özel feature is prominent especially in all managers in the institution and this feature is 80.67% at the highest supervisor of the institution.
