Multi-Criteria Decision Making Techniques. It was evaluated by TOPSIS method which is one of the multi criteria decision making techniques. Macroeconomic performance indicators; foreign trade balance, gross domestic product, unemployment and inflation based on rates. When the findings are examined it is observed that there are significant differences in the rankings of some countries according to years.
