Thanks to social media, users have easy and quick access to information. Due to this rapid access and interaction in an uncontrolled way, cyberbullying behaviors are common in social media. The main problem with this study is that after the curfew decision was announced, photos of people going to grocery stores to shop were taken without permission and shared in a derogatory way on the Twitter platform, creating a cyberbullying environment. The aim of the study is to question how Twitter can become a cyberbullying medium for some issues and situations. On the Twitter platform on April 10-12, 2020, a total of 30 twitter accounts were selected as examples, including 15 personal and 15 anonymous twitter accounts, which were found to be cyberbullying. The research was carried out by qualitative research method and the data were examined by de facto and content analysis technique.
