Abstract
Anadolu uzun yılar boyunca sürekli savaş alanı olmuştur. Türk ordusunun ve halkın ölüm kalım mücadelesi verdiği kurtuluş savaşında büyük bir zafer kazanıldı. Savaş meydanlarında kazanılan zaferin, eğitim ordusunun kazanacağı zaferle taçlandırılması gerekliydi. Eğitim savaşının verilmesi ve eğitimle ilgili faaliyetler için eğitim ordusunun oluşturulması şarttı. Eğitim ordusunun köşe taşı olan köy öğretmenlerini yetiştirmek için köy enstitüleri kurulmuştur. Köy ve köylünün gelişiminde önemli bir yere sahip olan köy enstitüleriyle ilgili tüm faaliyetler meclise yansımıştır. Çalışmada, 1947-1957 arasında köy enstitüleriyle ilgili mecliste yapılan çalışmalar adım adım verilmiştir. Araştırma yapılırken köy enstitüleriyle ilgili kaynaklar ve zabıt cerideleri incelenmiştir.

Abstract
Anatolia had been a battlefield for a long time incessantly. A great victory was achieved following the War of Independence during which Turkish army and people experienced a life or death struggle. The victory achieved on the battlefield needed to be crowned with the victory of education army. An army of education needed to be formed to start the war for education and all the activities regarding education. Village institutes were established to educate village teachers, who were the cornerstones of the army of education. All the activities regarding village institutes, which had an important role in development of villages and villagers, were reflected to the assembly. This study deals with all the works conducted in the assembly regarding village institutes step by step from 1947 to 1957. While conducting the research, the sources and official newspapers regarding village institutes were studied.
