Abstract
Etik olgusu felsefenin üstünde en çok tartışılan kavramlarının başında gelir. Örgüt alanında yapılan çalışmalarda etik olgusu işlevselci bakış açısıyla değerlendirilerek örgütsel etik kavramı altında incelenmiştir. Ne var ki böyle incelemeler ana akım yazında etik olgusunu, daha çok yönetici penceresinden ve kullanım amacına uygun şekilde normatif perspektiften değerlendirmektedir. Tam bu noktada eleştirel yaklaşım etik ilkelerin belirlenmesi hususunda iktidar ilişkilerine odaklanmakta ve ilkelerin temel çıkış noktasının sorunlu olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı etik olgusuna eleştirel pencereden bakıp, kabul edilmiş normları sorgulamaktır.

Abstract
Ethics is the most debated subject among the concepts of philosophy. Ethic is evaluated from the point of functional view in the organization field, and examine under the concept of organizational ethics. However, such studies evaluate ethics case from managers perspective and normative perspective in the suitable way for its usage aim. At this point, critical view focuses on power relations, for determining ethic principles and shows that the basic starting point of the principles are problematic. The purpose of this study is to examine the ethic case with a critical perspective to questioning accepted norms.
