Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, siyaset bilimi alanında bilinen ve kabul görmüş olan siyasal partilerin doğuş teorileri, siyasal parti tipolojileri ve partilerin kurumsallaşma ölçütleri bağlamında Anavatan Partisi’nin sınıflandırılması ve kurumsallaşması üzerine bir değerlendirmede bulunmaktır. Bu değerlendirmeyi yaparken doğuş teorileri ve siyasal parti tipolojilerine ek olarak Samuel P. Hungtinton’un kurumsallaşma ölçütleri kullanılmıştır. Değerlendirme yapılmadan önce Anavatan Partisi’nin tarihsel süreci hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Değerlendirme aşamasında ise belirtilen ölçütler bağlamında parti değerlendirilmiş ve elde edilen bulgulara sonuç bölümünde yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is make an assessment and classification for Motherland Party, in the context of birth theories of political parties, typologies of political parties and criterias of institutionalization of political parties, which are known and accepted in political science field. While making those assessments, birth theories, party typologies and P. Huntington’s institutionalization criterias were used. Before the evaluation, information was given about the historical process of the Motherland Party n the evaluation stage, the party was evaluated according to the criteria specified and the findings were included in the result section.
