Abstract
Göçmenlerin ev sahibi toplulukla kurduğu ilişkinin niteliğinin her iki grubun da iyi oluşunu etkilediği bilimsel çalışmalarla ortaya konmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Bourhis ve arkadaşları tarafından geliştirilen (2016) Ev Sahibi Topluluk Kültürleşme Ölçeği’nin psikometrik özelliklerinin Türkiye örnekleminde incelenmesi ve kültürleşme sürecinde ortaya çıkabilecek psikolojik sorunları tespit etmeye yönelik bilimsel çalışmalara katkı sağlayacak Türkçe bir ölçüm aracının ülkemize kazandırılmasıdır. Bourhis ve arkadaşları (2016) Etkileşimli Kültürleşme Modeli’nden hareketle ev sahibi topluluğun göçmenlere yönelik beklentilerini yansıtan Ev Sahibi Topluluk Kültürleşme Ölçeği’ni geliştirmişlerdir. 18 maddeden oluşan ölçeğin üçer maddeden oluşan altı faktörü bulunmaktadır. Bu alt faktörler bütünleşme, bireycilik, asimilasyon, ayırma, dışlama ve dönüşümlü-bütünleşmedir. Bu çalışmada ölçek maddeleri 302 kişilik üniversite öğrenci örneklemine uygulanarak psikometrik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan analizler, ölçeğin yapı geçerliğine; yakınsak geçerliliğe; ölçüt-bağıntılı geçerliliğe sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Ölçeğin alt boyutlarının güvenilirlik katsayıları oldukça iyidir. Ölçeğin Türkçe formunun geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı olduğu, ülkemizde göçmenlerle ilgili yapılacak olan niceliksel çalışmalara katkı sunacağı düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
Studies found that the quality of the relationship which immigrants established with the host community affected the well-being of both groups. The aim of this study was to examine the Host Community Acculturation Scale by Bourhis et al. (2016) when applied to a Turkish sample and to bring in a Turkish measurement tool to our country that may contribute to scientific studies in terms of identification of potential psychological problems that may occur during the acculturation process. Bourhis et al. (2016) developed the Host Community Acculturation Scale, which reflects the anticipation of immigrants regarding the host community, based on the Interactive Acculturation Model. The scale consists of 18 items that are divided in six factors and each factor contains three items. These sub-factors are integration, individualism, assimilation, separation, exclusion and integration-transformation. In this study, scale items were applied to a sample of 302 university students and their psychometric properties were examined. Analyses indicate that the scale proved structure validity, convergent validity, and criterion-related validity. Reliability coefficients of subscales of the scale are substantially good. It is assumed that the Turkish version of the scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool and will contribute to the quantitative work to be done with immigrants in our country.
