Abstract
Bu aras¸tırmada, Tu¨rk siyasetinde o¨nemli akto¨rlerden biri olarak degˆerlendirilen Muhtarların Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan ile ilgili karizmatik liderlik algıları o¨lc¸u¨lmeye c¸alıs¸ılmıs¸tır. Metot: Bu c¸alıs¸mada, karizmatik liderlik algısını o¨lc¸mek amacıyla Weber’in karizmatik liderlik teorisine uygun olarak hazırlanan sorularla c¸alıs¸ılmıs¸ ortaya c¸ıkan bulgular degˆerlendirilmis¸tir. C¸alıs¸ma soruları muhtarların Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan ile ilgili go¨ru¨s¸ ve algıları dikkate alınarak hazırlanmıs¸tır. Bulgular ve Sonuc¸lar: Bu c¸alıs¸mada, Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan’ın Tu¨rk siyasetinde o¨nemli akto¨rlerden biri olan muhtarlara go¨re karizmatik liderlik algısı o¨lc¸u¨lmeye c¸alıs¸ılmıs¸tır. Sonuc¸lar, kanaat o¨nderi konumunda olan muhtarların Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan’ın kahraman lider algısına sahip oldugˆunu, takipc¸ileriyle arasında gu¨c¸lu¨ bir bagˆ oldugˆunu, takipc¸ilerinin destegˆiyle fevkalade bir gu¨ce sahip oldugˆunu, toplum, devlet yetkilileri ve genc¸ nesil tarafından rol model olarak kabul edildigˆini, statu¨koyu reddettigˆini; riskli durumlarda dogˆru kararlar verebildigˆini; kendini feda etmekten c¸ekinmedigˆini; takipc¸ileri ikna edebilen c¸ok iyi bir hatip oldugˆunu; sembol, hikaye ve sloganları kullanarak takipc¸ilerinin farkındalıgˆını arttırdıgˆını; dogˆus¸tan gelen olagˆanu¨stu¨ liderlik o¨zelliklerine sahip olan kurtarıcı bir lider oldugˆunu degˆerlendirmeleri bakımından son derece o¨nemli akto¨rler oldugˆunu go¨stermis¸tir. Sonuc¸ olarak yerel du¨zeyde siyasetin belirlenmesinde etkin olan Muhtarların, Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan’ın karizmatik liderlik algılarını degˆerlendirmek ac¸ısından kayda degˆer o¨neme sahip oldugˆu go¨ru¨lmu¨s¸tu¨r.

Abstract
Aim: In this study, It’s searched Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan’s physical and personality characteristics in the point of view of the chief of village whether they have charismatic leadership perception.Method: Within the scope of the study, it was examined that preparing the questions according to Weber’s charismatic leadership theory which surveys charismatic leadership perception, having the data and interpretation of them. The questions are thought and prepared according to village cheif’s leadership view, perception and consideration of Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan. Findings and Results: In this research, It is tried to evaluate Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan’s leader perception of the chief of village who are accepted one of the most important actors in Turkish politics. The results have shown us the chief of village who are in the position of the opinion leaders, are crucial important actors as evaluating the charismatic leadersip perception of Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan. Recep Tayyip Erdogˆan’s leadership perceptions on the scope of followers are; he has a heroic leadership perception; he has powerful connection with his followers; he has a marvellous power with the support of his followers;he is accepted as a role model for the society, state executives and the young generations; he rejects the status quo, he has well-directed decisisons at the risk taking situations, he doesn’t abstain from sacrifising himself, he is a successful rhetorician for persuading his followers, he raises the awareness of followers by using the symbols, anecdotes and mottos, he is a liberator leader and has innate extraordinary leadership features. All these datas are verified according to this research.
