Abstract
Krediler ve diğer alacakların tahsil edilememesi bankaların bilançolarına negatif etki etmekte ve bu alacakların tahsil süresi uzadıkça operasyonel maliyetler oluşturmaktadır. Takip sürecindeki kredi ve alacakların bir kısmı gerek haciz yoluyla gerekse borçlu ile anlaşma kapsamında tahsil edilebilirken, önemli bir kısmı da Varlık Yönetim Şirketlerine devredilebilmektedir. Varlık Yönetim Şirketleri, bu alacakların devir alınması, takibi, borçlu işletmelere yeniden yapılandırma ve danışmanlık, devralınan aktiflerin yönetimi ve geliştirilmesi fonksiyonlarını yerine getirmektedir. Bankacılık Denetleme ve Düzenleme Kurulu’ndan izin alarak faaliyetlerine devam eden şirketlerin yer aldığı sektörün durumunun, finansal raporlar ve faaliyet raporları aracılığıyla analiz edildiği bu çalışmada; Varlık Yönetim Şirketlerinin faaliyete başlamalarından bu güne kadar gelinen aşamalara ve şirketlerin mali analiz sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
The inability to collect loans and other receivables has a negative impact on the balance sheets of banks and the operational costs constitute the collection period of these receivables. Some of the loans and receivables in the follow-up period may be collected either by way of foreclosure or under the agreement with the debtor, while a significant portion of them can be transferred to Asset Management Companies. Asset Management Companies perform the functions of taking over these receivables, monitoring, restructuring and consulting of the debtor, and management and development of the assets. In this study, the status of the sector in which the companies that continue their activities with the permission of the Banking Supervision and Regulatory Authority are analyzed through financial reports and activity reports; Since the beginning of the activities of Asset Management Companies and the financial analysis results of the companies are mentioned
