Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı; bankacılık hizmetlerinin en büyük alt sistemini oluşturan banka şubelerinde çalışan bankacıların, çalışma hayatı içerisinde yaşadıkları süreçler ve çalışma koşullarının mobbing, örgütsel stres, tükenmişlik sendromu, buna bağlı olağan ruhsal rahatsızlıklar risk faktörlerinin, distimi ve depresyon eğilimlerinin incelenmesi ve birtakım öneriler sunulmasıdır. Bu çalışmada konu ile ilişkili leteratür çalışması yapılmıştır. Yapılan derleme çalışmasının sonucunda bankacılık çalışanlarında mobbing, depresyon, tükenmişlik sendromu ve distimik bozukluk olduğu görülmüştür. Bu çalışma alan çalışması olarak banka çalışanlarının yaşamış olduğu ruhsal sorunlarının tedavi yöntemlerini de ele alması açısından literatüre katkı bulunacağı düşünülmektedir. İş yerindeki mobbing ayrıca günümüzün sorunları arasında sıkça araştırmacılar tarafından konu edinilmiştir. Bu kapsamda bu çalışma bankacılık sektöründeki hem psikolojik hem de çalışma koşulları hakkında detaylı bilgi verecektir

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the processes and working conditions of bankers working in the bank branches, which are the biggest sub-system of banking services, mobbing, organizational stress, burnout syndrome, related mental disorders, dysthymia and depression tendencies and to present some suggestions. In this study, the related literature was conducted. Mobbing, depression, burnout syndrome and dysthymic disorder were found in banking workers. It is thought that this study will contribute to the literature in terms of addressing the treatment methods of the mental problems experienced by the bank employees as a field study. Mobbing in the workplace has also been the subject of frequent problems among today's problems. In this context, this study will provide detailed information about both psychological and working conditions in the banking sector..
