Abstract

The science of the Waqf and İbtidâ has an important role to play the correct meaning. The waqf is to stop, and ibtidâ means to start. In order to begin reading again in the conquest of the Tecvîd, it is enough to interrupt the sound. At the end of the waqf, or in the middle of the end of the word, the integrity of the word, where the words and words is complete, is done in silence.
