Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; Türkiye özelinde PKK/KCK ismiyle anılan, etnik/ayrılıkçı terör örgütünün, kurulduğu ilk andan itibaren ama özellikle 2005 sonrası Türkiye’yi bir şiddet sarmalına çekmeye çalışması, amacı ve olaylar arasındaki bağlantıları da irdelenerek analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Suriye özelinde ise PKK terör örgütünün uzantısı sayılan PYD –YPG ile olan münasebetleri ve PKK’nin Suriye’deki örgütlerden öğrendiği yeni yöntemleri özellikle şehir çatışması-savaşına dair elde ettiği tecrübeleri Türkiye’de uygulamaya koyduğu, PKK’nin Türkiye’ye yönelik daha aktif bir eylem stratejisi benimsediği 2005’teki kongresinde aldığı kararlar doğrultusunda uyguladığı “öz yönetim”, “öz savunma” ve “demokratik özerklik” gibi stratejileri veya 2012’de vurguladıkları “ kıra dayalı şehir savaşı” stratejisini nasıl uygulamaya çalıştığı, 2007’deki Dağlıca Saldırısından günümüze dek olayların birbiri ile ilişkileri bağlamında incelendiği ve Diyarbakır Sur – Hendek olayları özelinde bunu yaparken hangi süreçlerden geçildiği öncesi, sonrası ve halka yansımaları ve sonuçları irdelenmeye çalışılacaktır. Bu araştırmanın yöntemi; nitel araştırma şeklindedir ve belge tarama modelindedir. Yöntem, veri toplama yöntemlerinden haber incelemesi ve literatür taraması şeklindedir. Ancak; araştırma Sur-Hendek Çatışmaları özelinde, olayları canlı yerinde görüp katılımsız gözlem yoluyla takip ederek, anonim yerel halk ve anı yaşayan şahitlerin aktarımları üzerinden yapılan analizler bağlamında doğal bir sınırlılığa sahiptir. Ve bu konuda gerek Diyarbakır ve Güneydoğu’daki akademisyenlerin PKK terör örgütünün baskısından korktuğundan ve gerekse devletin ihtiyaç duyulan detaylı bilgileri güvenlik kaygısından dolayı akademik camia ile paylaşmamasından kaynaklı bir akademik literatür yoksunluğu mevcut olmakla beraber, bu durum çalışmayı Sur–Hendek olaylarını akademik anlamda irdeleyen ilkler arasında olmasını da sağlamaktadır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is, since the very first years of the establishment of Turkey's ethnic/seperatist terrorist organization which called PKK is trying to pull Turkey -especially after 2005- into the violence spiral have tried to be examined in the analysis the connections and purposes of events. In particular Syria, which is considered an extension of the PKK terrorist organizations with relations PYD-YPG and new methods that it learned from organizations in Syria, especially in urban warfare - the experience gained on the battlefield put into practice in Turkey, PKK implemented in accordance with decisions taken more active in an action strategy adopted in accordance with 2005 convention against Turkey "self-management", "self-defense" and "democratic autonomy" as strategies or emphasized in 2012, "rural-based urban warfare" strategy how trying to apply, from the Dağlıca Attack in 2007 to the present day, it will be studied in the context of the relations of the events with each other and while doing this in the context of the Diyarbakır Sur - Hendek events, it will be tried to examine the processes, before and after the process and its reflections to the local resident and consequences. The method of this research is qualitative research and document review model. The method consists of data collection methods such as news review and literature review. But. the stduy has a natural limitation in the context of Sur - Hendek Conflicts, based on the analysis of the anonymous local people and the witnesses who live that the moment by following the events through unattended observations.And although there is a lack of academic literature on the issue of in Diyarbakir and Southeast academics are afraid of the pressure of the PKK terrorist organization and the fact that the goverment/state does not to share the necessary detailed informations with the academic community due to security concerns, this situation provides the study to be among the firsts to examine Sur - Hendek events in academic sense.
