Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı ilköğretim yedinci sınıf görsel sanatlar dersinde şiir resimlemenin imgesel resim becerisine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Kayseri ili Melikgazi ilçesindeki Mehmet Soysaraç Ortaokulunun 7. sınıf kademesinde öğrenim gören 30 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden deneysel bir tür olan, çok denekli araştırma modeli içinde yer alan statik grup öntest-sontest deseni kullanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanması için, değerlendirme kriter listesi geliştirilmiş ve öğrenci çalışmaları kriter listesi ile puanlandırılmış, nitel olarak yorumlanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde frekans tablosu kullanılmıştır. Frekans tablosundaki veriler araştırmacı tarafından kriter puanlarına göre hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilere göre; çok denekli araştırma modeli içinde yer alan statik grup öntest-sontest test puanları arasında imge zenginliği açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark çıkmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; ilköğretim yedinci sınıf görsel sanatlar eğitimi dersinde, şiir resimleme yönteminin öğrencilerin imgesel becerilerine olumlu yönde katkı sağladığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of poetry painting on imaginary painting skills in the seventh grade visual arts class. The study group of the study consisted of the 30 students in 7th grade of Mehmet Soysaraç Secondary in Melikgazi district of Kayseri. Static group pre-test and post-test desing, which is an experimental type of quantitative research method, is used in the research. In order to collect data evaluation criteria list was developed and studies were scored with criteria list and interpreted qualitatively. Frequency table was used for data analysis. The data in the frequency table was calculated by the researcher according to the criteria points. According tp the data obtained from the research; There was a statistically significant difference between the static group pretest-posttest test scores in the multi-subject researc model in terms of image richness. As a result of the research; In the seventh grade visual arts education course, it was determined that poety drawing method contributed positively to the students’ imaginary skills.
