Abstract
Tarihin farklı dönemlerinde toplumsal kırılmaların anlatıldığı sanatsal eylemler vardır. Edebiyat, bunlar içerisinde en sessiz ama en içten kayıtlardan birisidir. Sessizdir çünkü kendisine böyle bir iş verilmemiştir. İçtendir çünkü sanat olmanın gereği olarak ince ruhların reaksiyonlarını kaydeder. Türkiye’nin geçiş dönemlerinin bu anlamada en sağlam takiplerinden birisi de Ömer Seyfettin’dir. Onu öyküye getirdiği bütün kurgusal, dilsel, tematik özellikler bir yana bir devir tanığı olması bile öyküsüne büyük bir değer katar. Adeta yıkılan, kurulmaya çalışılan bir devletin değer yapılarını inşa etmiş; üstelik zor zamanlarda bunu yapabilmiş bir temsildir. Ömer Seyfettin asker olmanın getirdiği mesleki yıpranmayı bir anlatım değerine dönüştürerek yeniden yazmıştır. Özellikle Balkan savaşları ve bunların yansıttığı büyük tahribatlar seçilmiş öykü dizelerinde kendine yer bulur. Öne çıkanlardan ikisi “Beyaz Lale” ve “Bomba”dır. Bulgar komitacıların yaptığı insanlık dışı şiddet eylemlerini bütün ayrıntılarıyla aktaran yazar, adeta bir şiddet pratiğini ve öç alma yetisini okuruna hissettirir. Metin öykü olmanın ötesine geçerek güdülü bir anlatıma dönüşür. Milli olmanın ve bunun temel yapılarını kurmanın verdiği hak, Ömer Seyfettin’in bazı öykülerinde lirik bir yönlendirmeye dönüşmüştür. Şiddet bu yapı tavırlarından birisidir.

Abstract
There are artistic actions in which social breaks are told in different periods of history. Literature is one of the quietest but most intimate recordings among them. He was silent because he was not given such a job. It is because it records the reactions of the subtle souls as the necessity of being art. One of the most robust follow-up of this figure in Turkey's transition period is Ömer Seyfettin. All the fictional, linguistic, and thematic features he brought to the story, as well as being a perpetual witness, add much value to his story. It has built the value structures of a state that has been destroyed and tried to be established; moreover, it is a representation that can do this in difficult times. Ömer Seyfettin rewrote the professional wear caused by being a soldier by transforming it into a narrative value. Particularly the Balkan wars and the major destructions reflected by them find their place in the selected narrative strings. Two of them are Beyaz Lale and Bomba. The writer, who conveys all the details of the acts of inhumane violence carried out by Bulgarian comitarians, makes the reader feel like he is practicing a practice of violence and taking revenge. Text goes beyond being a story and becomes a motive narration. The right of being national and establishing the basic structures of it has turned into a lyrical direction in some of Ömer Seyfettin's stories. Violence is one of these building attitudes.
