Abstract
Bu makalede, COVID-19 salgınının sosyal politikaların geleceğini nasıl etkileyeceği konusu tartışılmıştır. Krizin refah hizmetlerinde yol açacağı muhtemel değişimleri anlamak için pandeminin sosyal hayat ve toplumsal düzen üzerinde Mart 2020'ye kadar ortaya çıkan erken dönem bulguları değerlendirilmiştir. Sosyal politika, temel olarak toplumda ortaya çıkan eşitsizliklere karşı barışçıl bir orta yol bulma arayışıdır. Ancak ekonomik ve sosyal krizler, toplumda var olan bu eşitsizlikleri daha derinleştirerek bu gayreti zorlaştırır. Sosyal politikanın tarihsel gelişimi göz önüne alındığında bütün kırılma noktalarının önemli sosyal ve ekonomik krizlere denk geldiği görülmektedir. COVID-19 pandemisi, bütün dünyayı etkisi altına alan küresel bir kriz haline gelmiştir. Bu krizin etkileri, sağlık problemi olmanın çok ötesine geçerek kişilerin sosyal ve ekonomik hayatını tehdit etmektedir. Krizin bugüne kadar neden olduğu ekonomik ve sosyal sonuçların, insanların yaşamında derin ve kalıcı değişikliklere yol açacağını öngörmek mümkündür. Bu değişiklikler nedeniyle 1970'li yılların sonundan itibaren devletin, sosyal ve ekonomik konulara müdahale etmesini sınırlayan ideolojik yaklaşımların gerileyeceği tahmin edilmektedir.

Abstract
This article discusses how the COVID-19 outbreak will affect the future of social policies. In order to understand the possible changes in the welfare services of the crisis, the early findings of the pandemic on social life and social order until March 2020 were evaluated. Social policy is basically a search for a peaceful middle ground against inequalities in society. However, economic and social crises deepen these inequalities in society and make this effort difficult. When the historical development of social policy is analyzed, it is seen that social and economic crises cause historical turning points where important changes are experienced. The COVID-19 pandemic has become a global crisis affecting the all of the world. The effects of this crisis go beyond being a health problem and threaten the social and economic life of people. It is possible to predict that the economic and social consequences caused by the crisis will lead to deep and lasting changes in people's lives. Due to these changes, the ideological approaches that limit the state's intervention in social and economic issues are expected to decline.
