Abstract

Abstract

People who suffer the most from consequences of 21st century are immigrants. Mandatory and outward migration raises vital apprehensions for foreigner depending on the difficulty of the conditions. The foreigner has to resist a series of traumas on her/him, and be content with the possibilities. On the other hand, migrations are not an obligation with economic reasons even if they are outbound oriented but these migrations deeply wound the human in their focus physically and emotionally. The migration of Turks to Europe in the 1960s is for economic reasons. Although the negations entitled under the names of ‘communication and harmony’ have disappeared today and migration has turned into settlements, the trauma produced by violence and alienation has not been disappeared and deepen despite the generational changes. Failure to get rid of the ‘other’ perception caused in Turks to raise their voices and to re-tone the concepts. In this respect, German Turkish Literature can be read not only with words but also with artificial and slang expressions that corrupt the German language. Because each comma and point, every word and epithet has a different meaning in the multicultural society structure. In this context, the article examines Germany’s view of immigration and immigrant today in works Liebesmale Scharlachrot and German Amok with elements of ‘Kanak Language’ through the ‘first narrator’. These works which have different types but common discourse describe the foreigner who are increasingly lonely in modern society and excluded from the society, over the Turkish identity. Feridun Zaimoğlu has increased the power of discourse with artificial, corrupt, abbreviated expressions and reacted to the recognition of new generations with a new identity with language deformation. The personalities of that identity have been waiting to be understood for sixty years with their increasingly harsh expressions and culturel identities.
