TÜRKİYE’DE PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMA ALANINDA YAPILAN KÜLTÜRE DUYARLI PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMA YETERLİKLERİ KONULU TEZLERİN VE MAKALELERİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Bu araştırma, Türkiye’de psikolojik danışma alanında yapılan kültüre duyarlı psikolojik danışma yeterlikleri konulu tezlerin ve makalelerin incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda internet veri tabanında bulunan alanyazındaki tezler ve makaleler nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analiziyle incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre Türkiye’de psikolojik danışma alanında yapılan kültüre duyarlı psikolojik danışma yeterlikleri konulu sekizi (%72.73) tez çalışması, üçü (%27.27) makale olmak üzere toplam 11 araştırmaya rastlanılmıştır. Tezlerin ve makalelerin çoğunda nicel desen kullanıldığı görülmüştür. Tezlerin ve makalelerin çalışma grubunu çoğunlukla okul psikolojik danışmanlarının oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir. Tezlerde ve makalelerde “kültüre duyarlı psikolojik danışma yeterlikleri” değişkenini incelemek için çoğunlukla “Çokkültürlü Psikolojik Danışma Yeterlikleri Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Tezlerde ve makalelerde kullanılan veri analizi yöntemlerinin çoğu ilişkisel/kestirimseldir. Tezlerde ve makalelerde kültüre duyarlı psikolojik danışma yeterlikleri ile birlikte incelenen değişkenlere bakıldığında ise en çok incelenen değişkenlerin sırasıyla kıdem yılı, cinsiyet ve öğrenim düzeyi olduğu görülmüştür. Bu değişkenler dışında incelenen değişkenlerin de olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract
This study was carried out to review theses and articles conducted in Turkey in counseling about "multicultural counseling competencies". For this purpose, the theses and articles in the literature in the web were reviewed with document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods. According to the findings of the study, eight (72.73%) theses and three (27.27%) articles, total of 11 studies were found on multicultural counseling competencies carried out in the counseling in Turkey. It was observed that quantitative design was used in most of the theses and articles. It was determined that the study group of the theses and articles was mostly composed of school counselors. “Multicultural Counseling Competencies Scale” was mostly used to examine the “multicultural counseling competencies” variable in the theses and articles. Most of the data analysis methods used in the theses and articles were relational/predictive. When the variables were examined in the theses and articles together with the multicultural counseling competencies, it was seen that the most examined variables were the seniority year, gender and education level, respectively. In addition, it was observed that there were also variables examined outside of these variables.
