Abstract
Tarihi bir geçmişe sahip olan Konya ili, İç Anadolu Bölgesi’nde yer almaktadır. Bulunduğu coğrafi konumu, iklimi, ulaşım olanakları gibi bir takım özellikleri ve sahip olduğu turistik ürünleri ile turizm potansiyeli yüksek bir turizm destinasyonudur. Daha çok inanç turizmi açısından ön plana çıkan Konya ili, termal turizm faaliyetleri için de elverişli bir yerdir. Konya ili termal kaynaklarla zengin bir potansiyele sahiptir. Termal kaynaklar özellikle ilin batı kesiminde yoğunlaşmaktadır. Bu bağlamda yapılan çalışmada, termal kaynaklar ve termal turizm potansiyeli kapsamında Konya ilinin ve ilçelerinin güçlü ve zayıf yönleri, sahip olduğu fırsatları ve tehditleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda, Konya ilindeki termal kaynakların optimal düzeyde turizm amaçlı kullanılmadığı, termal turizm tesislerinin yetersiz olması ve bu alanda yapılacak olan yatırımların ekonomiye katkı sağlayacağı gibi birtakım sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
Konya province, which has a historical past, is located in the Central Anatolia Region. It is a tourism destination with high tourism potential with its located geographical location, climate, transportation facilities and some of its touristic products. Konya province that stands out in terms of religious tourism, is also a convenient place for thermal tourism activities. Konya province has a opulent potential with thermal resources. Thermal resources are especially concentrated in the western part of the province. In this context, the objective of this study was tried to determine the strengths and weaknesses, its has opportunities and threats of Konya province and its districts within the scope of thermal resources and thermal tourism potential. As a result of the evaluation, some results have been achieved that the thermal resources in Konya province are not optimally level used for tourism purposes, thermal tourism facilities are inadequate and investments to be made in this area will contribute to the economy.
