İSTANBUL İLİ ÖZELİNDE GRAFİK TASARIMCILARIN GELİR VE EĞİTİM DÜZEYİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract
Eğitim, tüm alanlarda olduğu gibi artık zamanın vazgeçilmezi haline gelen grafik tasarım mesleği için de mesleğin tarihi ve gelişimini, tasarım sürecinde dikkat edilmesi gereken hususları, düşünce, mesaj ve fikir üretmenin önemi gibi konuları öğrenebilmesi ve el yeteneğini geliştirebilmesi açısından tasarımcı için oldukça önemlidir.Bu çalışma, grafik tasarımcı olarak geçimini sağlayan 101 katılımcıya, başlangıçta 14 soru olarak planlanan fakat 1 sorunun zamanla katılımcılar tarafından cevaplanamaması sebebiyle 13 soru olarak değerlendirilen bir online anket çalışmasıyla desteklenmiştir. İstanbul ili özelinde grafik tasarımcıların çalışmaları karşılığında aylık gelirleri ile eğitim seviyeleri arasındaki ilişki değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, küreselleşmenin hızla devam ettiği bugünlerde alaylı ve mektepli arasındaki aylık gelir düzeyi farkının olup olmadığını araştırmak ve mesleğe ilgi duyan gençleri eğitime yönlendirmektir. Sonuç olarak eğitim düzeyi arttıkça aylık gelir düzeyinin tüm katılımcılar için olmasa da düzenli bir şekilde artmış olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.

Abstract
Education is very important for the designer in terms of being able to learn the history and development of the profession, the issues to be considered in the design process, the importance of producing thoughts, messages and ideas for the graphic design profession, which has become an indispensable part of time, as in all fields.This study was supported by an online survey study, which was originally planned as 14 questions, but evaluated as 13 questions because 1 question could not be answered by the participants over time, to 101 participants who made a living as a graphic designer. The relationship between monthly income and education levels in return for the work of graphic designers specific to the province of Istanbul has been evaluated. The aim of the study is to investigate whether there is a difference in monthly income level between uneducated and educated students in these days of globalization and to direct young people interested in the profession to education. As a result, it was observed that as the education level increased, the monthly income level increased steadily, though not for all participants.
