Abstract
Son yüz yılda doğa/beşeri bilimler cephesinde yapılan yoğun araştırmalar ve yaşanan gelişmeler, bilimsel çalışmalarda pozitivist duruşun seyrini değiştirmeye başlamıştır. Bilimsel bilginin yalnızca epistemolojisi ile ilgilenen bilim insanları, felsefenin bilimsel çalışmalar üzerindeki etkisi ile birlikte ontolojinin de yerini sorgular hale gelmiştir. İnsan, doğal koşullar içerisinde edilgen bir varlık mıdır yoksa bulunduğu çevreyi değiştirme, dönüştürme rolüne sahip midir? Çevresinde yaşanan olay ve olgular örgüsü içerisinde etkileşimde bulunduğu nesneleri ya da durumları hangi faktörlere bağlı olarak yorumlar ve anlamlandırır? Çalışmamızda bu sorulara yorumlayıcı yaklaşım modellerinden hermeneutik (yorum bilim) aracılığıyla yanıt bulmaya çalışılmıştır. Örgütsel fenomenlerin doğal yaşam içerisinde nasıl oluşturulduğu, yorumlandığı ve anlamlandırıldığına ilişkin yapılan çalışmalar ve elde edilen bulgular kavramsal olarak hermeneutik açıdan analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışma, sosyal olguların yorumlanmasındaki epistemolojik yanılgıdan kaçınabilmek için sosyal aktörlerin ontolojik yapısının incelenmesi konusundaki gerekliliği ve önemi ortaya çıkarmıştır.

Abstract
Intense research and developments in the field of natural / human sciences in the last century have started to change the course of the positivist stance in scientific studies. Scientists who are only interested in the epistemology of scientific knowledge have become questioning the place of ontology along with the effect of philosophy on scientific studies. Is man a passive being in natural conditions or does he have the role of changing and transforming his environment? Interprets and interprets the objects or situations that he / she interacts with in the network of events and phenomena around him, depending on which factors? In our study, we tried to find answers to these questions through hermeneutics (interpretative science), one of the interpretive approach models. Studies on how organizational phenomena are formed, interpreted and interpreted in natural life and the findings obtained were conceptually analyzed from a hermeneutical perspective. This study revealed the necessity and importance of examining the ontological structure of social actors in order to avoid the epistemological error in the interpretation of social facts
