Abstract
Aile, biyolojik ve ya bunun dışındaki yollarla sevgi, saygı, dayanışma ve himaye etme/edilme amacıyla bir araya gelen bireylerin oluşturduğu en küçük toplumsal yapıdır. Aile birliği ve devamlılığı geleneğin yaşatılması, nesillerin eğitimi ve sürekliliği açısından oldukça önemlidir. Bu açıdan toplumlar, ailelerin yapısına paralel olarak şekillenir.
Geleneksel değerleri modern öykü teknikleriyle harmanlayan Hüseyin Su’nun öykülerinde aile temel bir izlektir. Yazarın Ana Üşümesi, Gülşefdeli Yemeni, Aşkın Halleri adlı eserlerinde karakterlerin şekillenmesinde aile yapıları önemli bir yer tutar. Başka bir ifadeyle okuyucu, öykü kişilerini tanırken ailelerinden ve bağlı oldukları sosyal çevreden de bir takım izlenimler elde eder. Bu nedenle Hüseyin Su’nun öykülerinde geleneğin yaşatılması, milli ve yerli kültürün devamlılığı, bireyin modern yaşam karşısındaki sığınağı olması bakımından aile kurumu dikkate değer bir konumda bulunmaktadır. Burada amacımız Türk kültüründeki aile yapısının ve birliğinin, sanatçının eserlerinde nasıl yer aldığını ve hangi amaçla işlendiğini tartışmaktır.

Abstract
The family is the smallest social structure formed by individuals who come together for the purpose of love, respect, solidarity and protection/protection by biological or other means. Family unity and continuity are very important in terms of keeping the tradition alive, education and continuity of generations. In this respect, societies are shaped in parallel with the structure of families.
Family is a basic theme in the stories of Hüseyin Su, who blends traditional values with modern story techniques. Family structures have an important place in the shaping of the characters in the author's works titled Ana Üşümesi, Gülşefdeli Yemeni and Aşkın Halleri. In other words, while getting to know the story characters, the reader also gets some impressions from their families and the social environment they are connected to. For this reason, the family institution is in a remarkable position in the stories of Hüseyin Su in terms of keeping the tradition alive, the continuity of national and local culture, and the individual's shelter against modern life. Our aim here is to discuss how the family structure and unity in Turkish culture takes place in the works of the artist and for what purpose.
