Abstract
Değişen ve gelişen dünyada bulunduğumuz çevre, ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılama noktasında bazı özelliklerle donatılmıştır. Teknoloji çağında vazgeçilemez donanımların başında internet gelmektedir. Yaşamın birçok alanında günlük işleri kolaylaştıran internet hizmeti ayrıca çeşitli amaç ve aktiviteler için de kullanılmaktadır. Bu amaçların bir kısmında interneti araç olarak kullanırken bir kısmında da internete fazlasıyla bağlı kalınabilir. Eğitim yaşantısında öğrenciler kadar eğitimciler de interneti süreci kolaylaştırmak için kullanmakta ancak bazı durumlarda internete ve teknolojik cihazlara bağımlılık kötü sonuçlar oluşturabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, teknoloji bağımlılığı hakkında öğretmen ve velilerin görüşünü belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, bir durum çalışması olan bu çalışmada toplamda 58 öğretmen ve velinin görüşleri görüşme formu kullanılarak alınmıştır. Katılımcıların genel görüşü, öğrenci ve diğer paydaşlar için teknoloji bağımlılığı konusunda uzmanlardan eğitim alınması, öğrencilerin teknolojik cihazlar kullanımının denetlenmesi ve bu konuda bilgilendirilmelerin yapılması gerektiğidir. Bu konuda öğretmen ve velilerin çeşitli görev ve sorumluluklarının olduğu da belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
The environment in which we are located in a changing and developing world is equipped with some features to meet our needs. In the age of technology, the internet is one of the most indispensable hardware. The internet service, which facilitates daily work in many areas of life, is also used for various purposes and activities. In some of these purposes, people can use the internet as a tool, and in some of them people can be addicted to the internet. Educators as well as students use the internet to facilitate the process in educational life, but in some cases addiction to the internet and technological devices can have bad consequences. In this study, it is aimed to determine the opinion of teachers and parents about technology addiction. For this purpose, the opinions of a total of 58 teachers and parents are taken using the interview form in this study, which is a case study. The general opinion of the participants is that students and other stakeholders should be trained by experts on technology addiction, that students should be supervised and informed about the use of technological devices. It has also been determined that teachers and parents have various duties and responsibilities in this regard.
